DALLAS — Jerry Jones said it best: The Dallas Cowboys are "a soap opera 365 days a year."

That was straight from the owner's mouth in the trailer of the new Cowboys documentary on Netflix. America's Team: The Gambler and his Cowboys will debut on Aug. 19 .

Netflix dropped the first trailer back in December 2024.

Netflix is touting the documentary as "the definitive story of Jerry Jones, his Dallas Cowboys, and the twists and turns on the road to becoming the most valuable sports franchise in the world."

"This is our story," Jones said in the clip, which also featured interviews with former President George W. Bush, Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin and Deion Sanders, among others.
