BYRON, Minn. — This Wednesday afternoon, law enforcement agencies will conduct Project Lifesaver training at Oxbow Park from 2 to 7 p.m. The training involves the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, Rochester Police Department, and other agencies.

The exercise will include different scenarios where teams search for a Project Lifesaver transmitter. A State Patrol helicopter will also participate.

This announcement aims to inform park visitors about the presence of law enforcement vehicles, personnel, and a helicopter in the area.
