In footage posted by Cabassa on X, officers can be seen staring down protesters in downtown LA. Cabassa posted the clip along with the caption, "A truck playing live Latin music is currently leading a group of hundreds of protestors and heading toward the federal building in downtown Los Angeles, CA to protest ICE raids.
