Skydance-Paramount has already gotten off to a massive start, as the company held a call where grand plans for the upcoming film slate heading into 2026 have been revealed. On top of addressing big market IPs like "Top Gun" and "Star Trek," the new studio leadership group led by co-Chairs Josh Greenstein and Dana Goldberg revealed a ton of news.

One such big piece of news was Paramount capitalizing on the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." The new animated film, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem," was a massive hit with fans, and has spawned a tie-in series, comic, and video game.

Now, the sequel has been given a date of Sept. 17, 2027, with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg returning to produce.
