An 80-year-old former member of the legendary singing group the Platters, Sandra Hall, has been missing since Friday afternoon after boarding a subway in Brooklyn, according to the New York Post .
Police and family members are actively searching for her.
Star DaSilva, Hall’s daughter, told CBS News that the former singer has dementia and was in the area with her caretaker, DaSilva’s niece, when she went missing.
According to DaSilva, Hall became separated from her caretaker at the Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center subway station, slipped through a turnstile and boarded an uptown train.
