CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Richmond Heights man was sentenced to more than 12 years in prison on Thursday for an armed robbery of an ATM technician that lasted just 33 seconds.

Joel Travis, 21, was wearing a GPS-tracked ankle monitor from a prior crime when he and two others put a gun to the back of the technician’s head and stole $126,000 cash.
