Actress Lorna Raver has died at the age of 81, best known for her role in the 2009 horror film Drag Me to Hell , has died at the age of 81, according to SAG-AFTRA's Summer 2025 magazine edition published on Monday (August 11).

Raver died on May 12, however, her death wasn't revealed publicly until being included in the magazine's "In Memoriam" section this week along with Cheers actor George Wendt , Beach Boys singer-songwriter Brian Wilson and others. No additional details were made available and Raver's cause of death wasn't publicly disclosed as of Wednesday (August 13).

The actress' rep, Michael Greene , shared a statement to the New York Post following news of her death being shared publicly.

“She will now fly in Heaven, not be dragged to Hell,” Green
