After a slow start for London’s housing market in 2025, two straight months of increased home sales compared to last year’s figures could be a sign the landscape is shifting.
A total of 725 homes were sold in July in the London area – which also includes St. Thomas, Strathroy, and portions of Elgin and Middlesex counties – marking a jump of 28 per cent over the same month in 2024, according to figures made public by the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) on Tuesday.
