BEMIDJI – Senior Trevor Larson knows he and his fellow running backs have big shoes to fill on the Bemidji High School football team.
Key 2024 seniors Ephram Boucher and Dawson Degelder graduated last year, leaving the position wide open for this fall. With training camp underway this week, making an impression on coaches is vital before week one.
Playing as a linebacker and running back, Larson is ready for the challenge.
“I feel pretty good,” he said. “I always watched the running backs before me last year in practice, so I know the intensity I have to practice at to perform like them.”
Running back is a deep position for the Jacks this year, so the relative inexperience isn’t worrying head coach Bryan Stoffel.
“Right now, I really like where we're at with the running backs,” Stoffe
