ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New body camera video is giving more insight into how the University of New Mexico Police Department responded to an on-campus shooting last month that left a fourteen-year-old dead. Around 1:30 a.m., on the morning of July 25, a mom called 911 saying her stepson told her about an on-campus shooting and that she could not get a hold of her other son, who was with him.
