JOHNSTOWN — The City of Johnstown is steadily making its way into the future, and has announced that the now has an artificial intelligence chatbot that can assist residents with city-related questions and inquiries.

The AI, affectionately named “Jonesy,” was developed with the help of developer Chris Dancy, who was contracted for $40,000 according to Mayor Amy Praught.
