The YouTube stream of the "New Heights" podcast featuring Taylor Swift stopped nearly an hour and 45 minutes into the Aug. 13 episode. The X account for the podcast posted, "We hit a glitch but will be back shortly!!!" shortly after 8:45 p.m. ET

Over 1 million people were watching the stream when the crash happened.
