A newly obtained video capturing the man accused of shooting another man in a wheelchair at Seattle’s Pier 55 on July 31 has been released by prosecutors, according to KIRO 7 .

The incident occurred just after 6 p.m. in front of a Starbucks on Pier 55, where Gregory William Timm, 32, allegedly shot Harold James Powell in his wheelchair.
