Tributes have flooded in for a Scots dad who died in a crash involving a tipper lorry in Ayrshire on Monday. ‌

John McKinstry, 41, was tragically killed in the single-vehicle crash on the A77 near Monkton, South Ayrshire on August 11. ‌

Emergency services rushed to the busy main road near Sandyford Roundabout at around 1.35pm, but he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. ‌

His devastated family and friends have since taken to social media to remember the "one of a kind" dad-of-two.

John's partner Lindsay Dwyer wrote: "Aw John I honestly think I will love you forever. This hurts so much more, you definitely were one of the good ones and deserve to be remembered.
