DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Central Illinois will enjoy a terrific Thursday with plenty of sunshine and less humidity. It'll still be warm with highs in the upper-80s.
Mostly clear skies are expected tonight with lows again in the 60s.
The heat and humidity builds back in Friday with highs in the low-90s.
It'll really be dangerous hot and humid this weekend. Highs will soar into the mid-90s and it'll feel like 100°-110°. A "Heat Advisory" will likely be issued.
A few showers will approach northern hometowns Saturday night and Sunday night, but better rain chances hold off until Monday night into the middle of next week.
Cooler weather is possible later next week.
