Man arrested twice in two car break-ins
Little Rock police on Tuesday arrested a man who was seen breaking into a parked car seven hours after he was arrested in connection with the same offense in North Little Rock, according to arrest reports.
Officers arrested Kyle Braun, 28, of Hensley, around 10:35 a.m. near the Pulaski County Animal Services building at 3403 W. 33rd St. The owner of the vehicle called police and detained Braun until officers arrived, an arrest report written by Little Rock police shows.
Around 3:22 a.m. that day, North Little Rock police arrested Braun after a caller showed police video of Braun breaking into a car at an apartment complex off Arkansas 161, according to an arrest report.
