Young baseball players from Braintree, Massachusetts, are in Pennsylvania to represent New England in the Little League World Series , and their trek to a title begins Thursday afternoon.

The Braintree American Little League Team plays its first game at 3 p.m. at Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, where they will face off against the Southeast winners -- a team from Irmo, South Carolina.

Player Cam Naumann told NBC10 Boston that he's feeling good about Game 1.

"I mean, they are going to be a tough team, but if we play our best game, we should be fine," he said.
