STREAMWOOD, Ill. (WLS) -- A third member of a family has died after a house fire in Streamwood this week.

The fire broke out at about 1:16 a.m. Tuesday in the 1200-block of North Green Meadows Boulevard.

Fire officials said, when they arrived to the two-story home, smoke and flames were coming from the basement. They found three people trapped inside.

Paramedics performed life-saving measures on all three victims, but two died Tuesday. A third was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

A father and son, Dale Wians, 74, and Brandon Wians, 29, were identified as two of the victims.

The mother who was transported to the hospital later died, authorities said Thursday. She has been identified by authorities as Jacolyn Wians, 63
