Battle Girls Soccer has its new head coach. The Spartans announced that Maggie Beem will take over the program for the 2026 season. More: 15 must see games to watch for the 2025 Boone County high school football season

“Hi! I’m Coach Maggie! I’m super excited to be joining the staff at Battle High School this year as the girls soccer coach and an English 9 & 10 teacher!” said Beem in a statement released by Battle Athletics & Activities. “Soccer has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’m pumped to share that passion with the amazing students and athletes here at Battle.”

Beem played collegiately at Truman State from 2016 to 2019. She was a two-time All-GLVC member, earning second-team all-conference honors in 2018. Beem was an assistant basketball and soccer
