ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — An 18-year-old was arrested alongside two men amid an investigation into gun-related incidents.

The first instance was when, on July 23, officers located Isaiah Andrews, 18, with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the area of South Plymouth and Luther Circle after reports of shots being fired.

First reports of the incident said he was shot in the 500 block of Genesee Street, but detectives determined that this was false. They found evidence that Andrews allegedly shot himself by accident on Dr. Samuel McCree Way.

Five days later, on July 28, officers located evidence of shots fired in the 100 block of Dr. Samuel McCree Way after Andrews allegedly pulled out a gun during an argument and shot several times at people. No one was hit.
