A well-known New Jersey deli is preparing to open a new location at the Jersey Shore.

Lenny’s Colonial Ranch Market , a longstanding Point Pleasant deli and market, is coming to Manasquan this fall.

The plan was announced in a YouTube video by Dana and Megan Walker of the Jersey Shore-based real estate agency the Paradise Team .

Lenny’s is expected to open on Manasquan’s Main Street in October although an official date had yet to be announced.

The Ocean County establishment has been around since 1971 when current owners’ grandfather, former Point Borough mayor Lenny Arms, opened in the same building along Bridge Avenue

Lenny then sold the business to his son Darren Arms, who died in 2013 , before third-generation owners Billy, Bryan and Brandon Arms took over.
