Detailed plans for a further 244 homes on land at Mosley Common in Tyldesley have been tabled by major UK housebuilder Taylor Wimpey.
This follows the submission of a similar 'reserved matters' application by Kellen Homes and Great Places Housing Group for 219 homes on land next to the Guided Busway, as reported by the Local Democracy Reporting Service yesterday.
Eventually, 1,050 homes will be delivered in separate phases at Mosley Common following the approval of Greater Manchester's strategic plan for development until 2039 last year, Places for Everyone.
