As the New England Revolution get back to full health for the first time essentially all season, the club cut ties with two members of its forward group.

Maxi Urruti, and Luis Diaz, two offseason additions for the team, were waived on Thursday after combining for 39 appearances this season. Both Urruti, 34, and Diaz, 26, had played under Revs coach Caleb Porter at his previous positions in Portland and Columbus.

While each got an opportunity to start during the season, neither took hold of consistent minutes in the starting XI, and combined for less than 1,000 minutes in MLS action this year.

When they did take the field, the duo combined for two goals and one assist total.
