There are approximately 35,000 undocumented workers living in Idaho, according to the University of Idaho. The Gem State relies heavily on immigrant labor, which provides a complex situation when it comes to ICE enforcement.

Representative Simpson is working on the “Farm Workforce Modernization Act,” a bipartisan bill that aims to protect farms and the nation’s food supply.
