The co-hosts of looked visibly perturbed by a viral news item about the so-called “Frankenstein bunnies” that are popping up across America.

It all started as Carley Shimkus presented the story of the unfortunate rabbits that have sprouted tentacle-like horns on their faces as a result of a papilloma virus infection.

The virus is mostly harmless, according to reports , but the frightening appearance of the infected Thumpers has stoked both fear and disgust.
