A new $50 million lawsuit accuses Priscilla Presley of withdrawing medical care from Lisa Marie Presley after the latter’s January 2023 cardiac arrest, in an attempt to “regain control” of ex-husband Elvis’ estate.

In a lawsuit filed Monday, Priscilla’s former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko accused her of fraud , breach of contract and waging a smear campaign that falsely accused the pair of financial elder abuse , Us Weekly reports.

“This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an 80-year-old woman in blatant retaliation” for Presley’s July 2024 suit, said lawyer Martin D. Singer in a statement to Entertainment Weekly.
