Like any place, some things don’t seem to change in Murrieta. The summers are too hot, there are too many commuters, and tract homes dominate.
Oops, forgot another one — the Golden Triangle sits empty.
It’s 64 acres between the 215 and 15 freeways, and it’s called golden because it’s presumably very valuable.
Given that it hasn’t been developed yet, perhaps Empty Triangle would be a better name. Or the Bermuda Triangle, because it’s where all development proposals go to die.
