The Dunham Pointe master planned community in Cypress will open three new parks in 2026, with a fourth in early planning stages, according to an Aug. 13 news release.

The overview

The three parks set to open next year—Butterfly Park, Grasshopper Park and Rabbit Ears Park—will include shaded areas, open lawn space for recreation and play structures designed for different age groups, per the release.

The community development team is also in the early stages of designing a fourth park, Wendy Way Park, with a focus on nature trails and walkways through a wooded area in Dunham Pointe.

“At Dunham Pointe, we’re committed to creating spaces that inspire connection, exploration and community,” said Cary Dunham, executive vice president of Dunham Pointe Development.
