MAHONING VALLEY, Ohio - Window World has announced that its annual golf outing raised $108,872 to benefit underserved women and children across the Mahoning Valley, through the Ursuline Sisters Mission and Beatitude House . The proceeds will directly assist local families in need by providing safe housing, education, healthcare, food and basic necessities, the company said in a Thursday statement.
July marked the 29th year of the event and Window World said the benefit has evolved over the years to become a "signature community fundraiser" that unites local businesses and volunteers.
"It is my honor to be able to participate in and facilitate this wonderful event and raise much needed funds for a great cause," Window World Owner Pat Moran said.
The Beatitude House, a ministry of th
