OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - After a year of construction and planning, Metropolitan Community College construction and building science capstone students saw their work land on Camden Avenue.

The students designed a 1,259-square-foot craftsman-style bungalow.

The home was built in four modules and includes custom cabinetry, an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, and more.

More than 170 students from MCC’s trades programs helped bring it to life with support from the Holy Name Housing Corporation’s affordable housing initiative.
