Waterloo Regional Police are searching for a man in connection with a sexual assault in Kitchener.

Police said the incident occurred on July 5, at approximately 11:30 p.m., in the area of Otto and Queen streets, when a woman was outside and approached by a man and allegedly sexually assaulted. She managed to flee to safety, police said.

The woman did not sustain any physical injuries, police said.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a male person of interest in a July 5 sexual assault investigation in Kitchener.
