A man has been arrested for stealing flowers left at a Birmingham memorial honoring the late Ozzy Osbourne .
According to BBC , West Midlands Police arrested Parviz Jafari, 45, on August 2nd and charged him with theft after being alerted that the flowers were taken from the Broad Street memorial. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 3rd.
Thousands of notes, memorabilia, and flowers were left at Osbourne’s memorial following his passing from a heart attack in late July. The notes and memorabilia are set to be preserved and cataloged, while the flowers were to be mulched and scattered by his grave at his Buckinghamshire estate. Related Video
