A 137-unit attached single-residence townhomes development is planned about 1,600 feet west of the northwest corner of East Main Street and North Greenfield Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Design Review Board on Aug. 12 discussed the development’s look and landscaping on 7 acres at 4062 E. Main St. Chair Dane Astle was absent.
Planned amenities include pickleball courts, a play field, two playgrounds and ramadas, Staff Planner Jennifer Merrill said during the meeting.
“The site plan shows the gated subdivision accessed from Main Street. The main entrance is at the southeast corner of the site and there is also an exit-only on the southwest corner of the site,” she said. “Overall it consists of 27 buildings made up of two- and three-story units.”
