It seems like it just ended, but New Jersey high school football is back.

The 2025 season kicks off on Thursday, August 28 and is expected to be another tremendous year throughout the state.

While some of the finest talent graduated, there remains plenty to keep your eyes on. There will be quarterbacks throwing the ball all over the field, running backs generating points through potent ground attacks and receivers willing to go up and make the big catch. On defense, guys want to get to the quarterback and make that huge sack or stop a running back with a key tackle.
