City Realty this week filed plans to replace an auto-parts store on Cambridge Street near Harvard Avenue in Allston with a seven-story, 93-room hotel - next to one of the several proposed City Realty buildings approved in 2020 that are supposed to completely remake the intersection of the two streets.
The building would also be across the street from a proposed re-do of Great Scott and O'Brien's topped with 139 apartments, on a corner City Realty doesn't own.
