After surpassing $331M to become the United States’ highest-grossing Man of Steel pic, James Gunn ‘s Superman is soaring to digital

Following its premiere in theaters last month, Superman ‘s North American digital release is set for Friday, Aug. 15, with the DC Studios movie becoming available Sept. 23 on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD.

Also coming soon to the digital version will be special features including a gag reel, deleted scenes and a director’s commentary from Gunn, all of which will be automatically added for customers who have already purchased the movie on digital.

The physical release will also include the featurettes ‘Adventures in Making Superman ‘, ‘Lex Luthor: The Mind of a Master Villain’, ‘Paws to Pixels: Krypto is Born’, ‘The Justice Gang’, ‘A New Era: DC Tak
