A subject was struck on the SEPTA regional rail Media line about 4:45 Thursday afternoon. First responders were sent to Kerr Field for a person struck.

SEPTA officials said that at “approximately 4:30 this afternoon,” an outbound train on the Media/Wawa Regional Rail Line fatally struck a male between Fernwood and Angora stations.

The line is currently stopped during the investigation.
