VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach man has been arrested for a second time for peeping and taking nude photos and videos of people.
Previously, Aloysius Albritton , an employee of New Hope Church, faced charges for allegedly taking nude photos of people dating back to 2017. Now, he faces at least two new offenses.
Court documents from the Virginia Beach General District Court show police arrested Aloysius Albritton on July 3, 2025. Arrest warrants show two different offense dates, May 26 and May 29.
In both instances, Albritton was charged with creating unlawful images of another.
The arrest warrants allege Albritton “knowingly and intentionally created a videographic or still image of a nonconsenting person when that person was totally nude.”
