Oregon Rep. Dwayne Yunker, R-Grants Pass, did not violate the Legislature's workplace conduct rule, a committee of his peers determined on Aug. 14.

The House Committee on Conduct voted on whether one of two Yunker speeches on the House floor during the 2025 legislative session and his public disclosure about the investigation violated Rule 27.
