Four Cheyenne residents are facing felony charges after allegedly conspiring to commit credit card fraud.

Thirty-three-year-old Joshua Edwin Buckles, 61-year-old Bridget Ann Copley, 53-year-old Rachael Anne Dimaio, and 60-year-old Michael Bradley Westover are each charged with forgery and conspiracy, felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both, and misdemeanor credit card fraud.

It's alleged that on or about the period of March 29 to April 13, the four fraudulently obtained a credit card issued to the Terry Bison Ranch and used it to buy $3,433.11 worth of goods and/or services.

Initial Court Appearances

On Thursday, Aug. 7, Buckles and Copley were seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on their charges.
