(KRON) -- A longtime Japanese restaurant in Rohnert Park is closing indefinitely after 35 years in business. Hana announced this week that it is shutting down "for the time being."

Hana, located at 101 Golf Course Drive, did not provide a reason for the decision to close. Owner Emiko Tominaga hinted that the business will be back in some capacity.

"We will be able to meet you all again as Hana in a different way," she wrote in a letter posted on Instagram. "We will definitely contact you all. I hope to see you again someday. Thank you very much for all these years."

Emiko did not provide further details about Hana's potential comeback.
