HOOVER, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A major expansion is coming to one of Hoover’s fastest-growing retail developments.
Phase Two of The Village at Brock’s Gap is in the works and will bring more upscale retail and dining options to the corner of Stadium Trace Parkway and Brock’s Gap Parkway.
The second phase will include 79,000 square feet of retail and office space built on 8.8 acres, directly across from the first phase of the development.
Developer and president Patrick Denney says the goal is to attract high-end national restaurants and first-to-market businesses that would be new not only to Hoover or Jefferson County, but potentially the entire state.
“What we’re really after is a national steakhouse to anchor the development and a couple other national restaurants at a very elevated leve
