ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A 19-year-old city employee who worked to educate the public on bicycle safety was the latest bicyclist to lose her life on an Albuquerque street. On Thursday, the city announced safety upgrades along the road where she was killed, but they're not stopping there.
