(KRON) -- A San Francisco woman and a Los Angeles man were arrested Wednesday night in connection to a package theft in San Mateo, the San Mateo Police Department (SMPD) announced in a press release.

Around 9:39 p.m., SMPD officers were notified about a report of a package theft in an area of apartment buildings on Station Park Circle. According to SMPD, the two suspects were seen walking near Garvey Way and S Delaware Street where officers then arrested them. They were both booked into the San Mateo County Jail.

The woman was identified as 34-year-old Talia George. According to county jail records, George's bail is set at a total of $45,000. The man was identified as 35-year-old Luis Magana of Van Nuys in Los Angeles. His total bail is set at $72,000.

The two were arrested for burglary
