The Sharing of Information with Respect to Suspected Violations of Intellectual Property Rights Act would change how the federal U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency shares the packing and shipping information of suspected counterfeit products with key intellectual property rights holders, transportation carriers and e-commerce platforms.
