Mother of hit-and-run victim says she found video evidence

A hit-and-run victim's mother says Phoenix PD closed the case due to a lack of evidence. However, she obtained surveillance video of the crash, which she says clearly shows the two people in the car that hit her daughter. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
