A man was hospitalized after being shot while driving in South L.A. Thursday night.

Los Angeles police responded to a shooting near Imperial Highway and Avalon Boulevard in the Green Meadows neighborhood around 7 p.m.

Officers located a 25-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound inside his black Toyota sedan.

Video from witnesses showed the victim’s vehicle stopped at a busy intersection alongside a second vehicle that may have crashed into it.
