The Washington DC man who filmed an ex-DOJ employee hucking a Subway sandwich at a federal agent on Sunday said the man caused a “ruckus” and even appeared to be ready to vandalize a government car before deciding to weaponize the hoagie.

Cortez Dargin, 28, a District native, witnessed the hysterical hissyfit of Sean Charles Dunn, 37, formerly of the Department of Justice, who is facing felony assault charges after the villainous hero-throwing incident.

“In the beginning, there was a bunch of ruckus. I seen this guy walk across the street saying ‘these guys are fascists’ and everything,” Dargin told The Post, laughing quietly while recalling the man’s antics. 4
