A federal judge has been found brutally murdered in the street - with his own penis stuffed in his mouth. The victim was 40-year-old Vasily Vetlugin of Kamyshin, in the Volgograd region of Russia. And he was found with not only his privates in his mouth, but a knife through his eye for good measure. ‌
