PHILADELPHIA − So there they were after practice on Aug. 13, Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett talking with Eagles rookie linebacker Jihaad Campbell.

The two spent several minutes on the field talking. Garrett, considered one of the top edge rushers in the NFL, with a new contract that averages $40 million per year over the next four, to prove it.
